An unbelievable weekend at the Athens Challenge. Some incredible fighting, so the team performed brilliiantly to come away with lots of trophies and medals. Well done to everyone.

A great, fun weekend at the Dutch European Cup in Amsterdam. Only two fighters came to this one, but they entered six divisions between them and came back with six golds! Well done guys.

What an amazing weekend in Austria at the Austrian Classics World Cup. The standard of fighting was crazy and the amount of competitors in every division was unreal. A very busy, but great day of gradings in the club, from Little Dragons to older kids and adults, the standard was very high. Over 100 graadings in a day. Well done to everyone.

Excellent weekend of kung fu training with the Masters and Guardians for some of the GB Fit students. Lots of stuff to take on board and take back to the club. Big thanks to the Masters and Guardians for all the teaching and organising.

Another great day today for Team Bristol at the Cimac Superleague in Bracknell. Having a great team of fighters, parents and coaches, Team Bristol did amazingly well and came back with an excellent haul of medals. Well done to everyone that fought.

Great weekend for Team Bristol at the Wako British Championships. The standard and quality of fighting was amazing and the amount of entries in divisions were crazy. Team Bristol did amazingly well with lots of medals and some great performances from everyone.

A great 2 days competing on our home turf at the internation competition – the Bristol Open. Everyone from the team fought really well as always and came away from the two days with lots of gold, silver and bronze medals, from beginners to advanced. Well done everyone!

What an incredible week at the WAKO Junior World Championships in Jesolo, Italy. The standard was incredibly high and everyone stepped up to perform. The results were amazing and every athlete from GB Fit fought their hearts out every day. GB Fit came back with an incredible  3 golds, 4 silvers and 3 bronze medals. …

A great day for Team Bristol at the Southern Open Championships, with a good team of 20 fighters consisting of complete novice for their first tournament to advanced and experienced. Well done to everyone that fought, lots of medals from all ages and abilities. Great work.
