14 to 19 July 2022 – European University Games

Liam Holden from GB Fit has just spent a week in Poland competing for Team GB at the European University Games. The games are run by the Olympic Association and WAKO kickboxing is included as a potential future Olympic sport.

Liam was one of the youngest competitors at the games and had to fight some top adult competitors. However, he fought incredibly well and came away with two bronze medals. Well done Liam!
