Gold and bronze at the WAKO World Championships!

Sharon Gill won her 6th individual world kickboxing title at the 2015 WAKO World Championships in Dublin, Ireland. Once again she showed the world that she is the best, with some incredible fighting. Her speed, movement and skill were too much for her opponents and she won her final fight by a wide margin, scoring 3 head kicks in the process.

6 world titles is an absolutely incredible achievement and is a reflection of thousands of hours of training and hard work. Sharon is constantly setting the standard for us, Team GB and the world.

Aston Cook was also competing in her 1st adult world championships and fought her way through a very tough division to win a bronze medal. This is another brilliant achievement from an athlete who is getting better and better. To win bronze at her first adult tournament is amazing and again reflects all the hard work and training that Aston has put in.
