A great day for the team at the first Superleague tournament of the year. Everyone fought really well and we came away with lots of golds, silvers and bronze. From beginners to advanced, light continuous to points fighting, everyone competed hard. Well done team!

Third weekend in a row and it was the big one up at the WAKO British Championships. Great performances from the Team with quite a lot of our competitors coming away as British Champion, or in several cases – multiple British Champion!
A busy weekend at the GB Grandslam in Telford, with Light Continuous on Saturday and Points on Sunday. Once again Team Bristol did really well coming away with lots of medals across the two days. Well done team!

We are very pleased to announce that after years of hard training, GB Fit Co Founder Dan Blythe has passed his 4th degree black sash in Lau Gar kung fu. This is a great achievement. Well done Dan!

Well done to Liam Holden for winning the Cimac Superleague Virtual “Ultimate Champion” award in the adults male divisions. Liam entered in 4 disciplines and won all four. He was the only person to win all four disciplines in an age group. Well done Liam, great determination and performance.
