Wushu seminar with Coach Xia from China – 29 January

Last night Sharon, Dan and several students went to a wushu seminar held by Coach Xia who is over from the legendary Wong Fei Hung School in China. We joined other Lau Gar students and instructors from across Bristol and had a brilliant night. Was great to learn something from a different style of kung fu. Coach Xia is amazing. His kung fu is incredible and he also taught a room full of people kung fu for over 2 hours without speaking English. Amazing.
